Great product - tough to get in Canada |

When I ordered, I immediately noticed how expensive the shipping was - more than the product - but made a note that I wouldn't mind if they cut the length down, to make it easier to ship. A rep from the company reached out to confirm the note and clarify my needs and then was able to take $10 off the shipping. That's great customer care. The product was exactly as advertised and worked great. Now, I wish you'd open a Canadian distribution center.
