I ordered some inlay strips a short while ago and unfortunately all 3 arrived broken. I contacted Inlay Product World via their website messaging service requesting help. I asked if I should ship back the broken strips hoping for replacement. There was no immediate reply, the next day I received an email shipment notification that 3 new strips were on their way no questions asked. Now that is customer service.
