I have purchased a variety of products from Inlays.com and have found all their stuff to best as represented. In checking my last purchase, which was for several different inlay strips and a few marquetry pieces, I found that in one instance a wrong item had been shipped and a couple of items had not been shipped at all. I made a call the next day and the issue was completely resolved immediately, no transferring me from one person to the next, no questions about my claims. I was simply told that the problems would be resolved and within 3 days received the missing or incorrect items in the mail. You can't ask for better service than that. I would highly recommend this company and their products to anyone!
