WHY DOES IT TAKE 6 WEEKS TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOM ORDER?
• Custom inlay strips take about six weeks to manufacture and deliver.
The advantage of ordering in this fashion is the ability to specify the thickness desired from about 0.6mm to 1.2mm and to have what you specifically need at a reasonable price. You may also specify the background species as well as the border arrangement.
WHY IS THERE A MINIMUM OF 120 STRIPS PER CUSTOM DESIGN?
• Custom inlays are made from a block. You are essentially purchasing all the strips that are derived from the block. How many strips produced is directly dependent on the thickness of the strips. For example, if you order 0.8mm thickness the number produced is approximately 120 units. If you order strips at 0.6mm the number produced is in the range of 160 strips. The unit price of the strips is inversely proportional to the thickness.
