I have been buying inlays from you people for a long time and have never been disappointed at all. Shipping is great along with the packaging.
I do like the selection you offer as well, it's nice to be able to pick from so many styles of inlays.
Keep up the great work !!!.

5 of 5 Best inlays I have found. March 2, 2021
Reviewer: Joseph Gagnon from Sioux Falls, SD United States
These inlays are not end grain like most others I have seen. They are manufactured using lumber that is cut with the grain, so the beauty of the woods from which they are manufactured shows through. The larger width pieces tend to twist somewhat, just because of the way thin strips of wood tend to lay when unsupported. They pack them securely in a heavy gauge plastic bag, and the bag is taped to a stiff piece of wood to keep these inlays straight and undamaged during shipping. Very pleased with the quality. They are obviously fragile, but no problem if you are careful when inspecting them and applying them. The preferred technique would be to place them in a trench of the parent wood. They recommended using Titebond III to adhere, rather than adhesives or adhesive tape. Their customer service is great, should you have any questions. Not many places get a five star rating, but they have answered my questions and given me sound advice. I can easily recommend them.

5 of 5 Customer service excellence! January 1, 2016
Reviewer: Roger Zegers from Poulsbo, WA United States
Due to a problem in shipping, several pieces of inlay arrived broken. I emailed customer service and within an hour the problem was resolved - and this was on New Years day!  The true test of a company is how they handle problems - I will definitely order from them again!
